В этот день, 79 лет назад, человеконенавистническая сталинская власть приступила к осуществлению своих кровавых замыслов, начав депортацию ингушей и чеченцев в далекую Среднюю Азию и Казахстан. В то время, как отцы мужчины (деды и отцы, братья, сыновья и мужья) защищали страну, их семьи под дулами автоматов загоняли в «товарняки» и оправляли на голодную и холодную смерть. Нетранспортабельных и не оказавшихся дома мужчин расстреливали или сжигали. Офицерам и солдатам на фронтах зачитывали преступный указ Сталина, арестовывали и отправляли следом за семьями, как получилось с моим дедом – старшиной Мержоевым Джебраилом Таштамировичем (Дала гешт долда цунна!) Некоторые командиры (на свой страх и риск) меняли документы бойцам-ингушам на погибших сослуживцев, с которыми они продолжали воевать, умирая Андреями, Алексеями, Владимирами и пр. Были и дожившие до Победы, как Николай Дмитриевич (Зяудин Джемалдинович) Гайтукиев (Дала гешт долда цунна!) Тяжелое и кровавое было время. Сурово встречал заснеженный Казахстан спецпереселенцев: жилья нет, работы нет, прав нет, уезжать с мест проживания категорически запрещалось, многие семьи оказались разлученными. Жить приходилось, где попало. Первое время спасались в хозпостройках и в землянках. От переживаний, холода, голода и болезней в семье отца из числа депортированных погибло 5 человек (50% семьи), а в семье матери умерла бабушка, что впрочем тоже составило 50%. Через два месяца после своего рождения она осталась без материнской любви и ласки. (Дала гешт долда вай мел байначарна!) Я даже не представляю, как выжил мой отец, родившийся в этот страшный морозный день: 23 февраля 1944 года, когда их гнали на железнодорожный вокзал г.Беслана. Он родился, не подавая признаков жизни. Его спрятали в тряпках, в надежде похоронить по-человечески там, где выдастся первая возможность, но через несколько часов он закричал. Он выжил, но в земле Казахстана остались лежать два его брата (Хасан, Хусейн), и две сестры (Хава и Хади), а также отец. (Дала гешт долда царна!) Время идет, и, казалось бы, раны должны зарубцеваться, но они всё ещё кровоточат. Кровоточат от несправедливости и от продолжающихся преступлений, из-за безнаказанности преступников и нарушений элементарных прав и свобод человека на жизнь, на честное имя, на свою частную собственность, на малую Родину. Некоторые люди никак не могут нас понять: мол, хватит жить прошлым, страна большая – живи, где хочешь, сдался вам этот Пригородный район! Пусть они хотя бы на секунду почувствуют наше состояние и боль хотя бы на малом примере, а уже потом делают выводы. Если выселить всех русских за Урал без средств к существованию, истребляя оставшихся, а европейскую часть страны со столицей, со всем культурным историческим наследием, как центра формирования этноса, всеми промышленными предприятиями, ресурсами по решению ООН передать полякам, как бы себя чувствовали русские через 79 лет? 790 лет? Забыли бы? Простили? Не думаю! Всё восстановили бы сполна. Так и ингуши не могут отказаться от Пригородного района и Владикавказа. И нет у нас другого варианта, кроме восстановления законности и справедливости, пусть хоть сам черт плешивый стоит на пути. Нет будущего и у страны с таким треснувшим фундаментом. Хотим мы этого или нет, нам все равно всем вместе, рано или поздно, придётся разгребать преступное прошлое, если мы хотим жить в нормальной цивилизованной стране. /Джамбулат Дзауров/

Бесперебойное электроснабжение является одним из главнейших факторов создания комфортных условий жизни. Если отключение электроэнергии происходит без предупреждений и обоснованных причин, это вызывает неудобства, наносит материальный и моральный ущерб для потребителей и естественное возмущение с их стороны. К тому же отсутствие света создает серьезные сложности при оказании медицинских и образовательных услуг населению, убыткам для бизнеса. Законодательство РФ предусматривает конкретные основания, порядок и сроки отключения электроэнергии. В п. 30 раздела III Постановления Правительства РФ № 442, указано, что потребители (собственники домов и квартир) в обязательном порядке должны быть поставлены в известность о предстоящем прекращении подачи электроэнергии. В соответствии с требованиями Закона N 35-ФЗ от 26.03.2003, и иными обязательными требованиями субъект электроэнергетики, обеспечивающий поставки потребителям электрической энергии несет ответственность перед потребителями за надежность обеспечения их электрической энергией и качество услуги. На основании изложенного, просим Вас на ближайшем заседании, с приглашением ответственных лиц МРСК, рассмотреть вопрос качества предоставления услуг энергоснабжения, законности и обоснованности отключений электроэнергии и соблюдение порядка уведомления граждан и принять обращение к органам государственной власти региона незамедлительно решить вопросы по бесперебойному обеспечению жителей и организаций республики, в соответствии с законодательными и нормативными актами РФ и Республики Ингушетия.
